Purchases and credits
Restore subscriptions with the Apple account used for purchase. Cancel renewal in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Credits reset at 00:00 UTC without carryover. OpenRouter manages your own OpenRouter allowance.
Connections and deletion
For connection problems check your network and provider account status, then reconnect if needed. Email us for account deletion or privacy requests; request third-party data deletion from that provider.
